Australian Premium Logistics

Residential Crane
Truck Hire Perth.

Australian Premium Logistics does residential crane truck hire across Perth for homeowners with something too big for the side gate. The truck carries the load, and its HIAB crane lifts it over the fence, carport or house and sets it down where you want it. Spas, sheds, water tanks, containers and steel beams are typical. Ben or Ryan quote the job and do the lift themselves.

Residential Crane Hire In Perth: Crane Truck Or Mobile Crane?

For most backyard jobs, a crane truck. It brings the load to your place and lifts it off in the same visit, so you book one truck and one operator. A mobile crane is a separate machine with no tray, and it is the one you need when the weight or the reach is past what a truck-mounted crane can do.

Our crane truck carries a Palfinger PK 15500 that reaches 8.0 m. If your job needs more than that, it is a larger mobile crane job and we will say so on the call. Australian Premium Logistics does not hire out mobile cranes. Residential work runs on the same truck as the rest of our crane truck hire in Perth.

How A Residential Lift Works.

01

You Send One Photo

Stand where the truck would park, usually the street, and take a photo toward where the load has to end up. Include anything above head height. Tell us what is being lifted, roughly what it weighs and the suburb.

02

You Get A Straight Answer

Ben or Ryan come back with a firm price and tell you whether the lift works. If it doesn't, you hear that before anything is booked.

03

The Truck Sets Up And Lifts

The truck parks, the stabiliser legs go down, and the load is rigged, lifted over and lowered into place. The truck often doesn't need to come onto your property at all.

Weight, Reach And Your Block.

Crane capacity falls as the boom reaches out. Our crane lifts up to 6,200 kg close in, 3,260 kg at 4.5 m and 1,690 kg at its full 8.0 m. A light load at full reach can be a harder ask than a heavy one beside the truck, so where it lands matters as much as what it weighs. The tray is 7.8 m by 2.4 m. Every figure on the crane's load chart is read off its data plate.

What To Sort Before The Day.

Narrow verges and parked cars are normal in Perth, and crane truck access on a tight Perth block usually works out better than people expect. A ready site is what keeps the visit short.

  • Move your cars, and ask the neighbours to move theirs if the truck needs that frontage.
  • Open the gates and clear the drop zone of bins, pot plants and furniture.
  • Have the pad, slab or stand finished if the load is landing on one.
  • Look up. Power lines are the most common thing that stops a lift.
  • Be there, or have someone there who can make a call if something needs adjusting.

What Our Trucks Have Actually Done.

The Truck And Crane

  • Our Hino 500 crane truck carries a Palfinger PK 15500 crane. Tray 7.8 m by 2.4 m.

Residential Crane Hire, Answered.

Does The Crane Truck Need To Come Onto My Property?

Usually not. Australian Premium Logistics' truck can stay on the street or the driveway while the crane does the travelling, which is why a narrow side gate or a full driveway is often not the problem people expect. The truck needs firm, level ground for its stabiliser legs and clear air between it and the drop spot. Send a photo from the street and we will tell you where it would set up.

Can You Crane Something Over My House?

Sometimes. Over a house is a bigger reach than over a fence, and it depends on how far the drop spot sits from where the truck can park. Australian Premium Logistics' crane reaches 8.0 m and lifts 1,690 kg at that reach, so some over-house lifts are inside its range and some need a larger mobile crane. Send one photo from the street and Ben will tell you which.

What Does Residential Crane Truck Hire Cost?

Australian Premium Logistics prices each residential lift as a job, so there is no set rate. The price comes from how long the truck is on site, how hard the access is, the weight and the reach together, and the travel to your place. A ready site with cars moved and gates open keeps it down. Send a photo and the load details for a firm price, free and with no obligation.

Do I Need To Be Home For The Lift?

Yes, or have someone there who can make decisions. On the day, Australian Premium Logistics may need to confirm exactly where the load sits, open a gate or move something in the way. If nobody is home, the job can stall while we wait. Tell us who will be on site when you book, and call +61 416 692 022 if anything changes.
