Australian Premium Logistics ("we", "us", "our") is a Perth-based crane truck hire and haulage business, owner-operated by Ben and Ryan. Service area: Perth, Western Australia.

Using this website

You can use this website to learn about our services and request a quote. By using it, you agree:

  • Information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You're at least 18 years old, or have an adult's permission
  • You won't use the site for unlawful purposes
  • You won't try to disrupt or compromise the site

Quotes and bookings

  • Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us. Final price may change if access, weight, distance, or job complexity differs from what you described.
  • A quote is not a confirmed booking. We confirm bookings explicitly by phone, email, or text.
  • We may decline jobs at our discretion (unsafe access, equipment unsuitable, scheduling conflicts, or anything that breaches our safe-work practices).
  • Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.

Service delivery

  • We carry standard public liability insurance for our operations.
  • We aim to arrive within the agreed window. Things outside our control (traffic, weather, prior-job overruns) can affect timing — we'll keep you updated.
  • You're responsible for confirming property access details, council permissions where required, and informing us of overhead hazards (powerlines, tree canopies, low awnings).

Cancellations and changes

Tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. We'll work with you where reasonable. Cancellations at very short notice may incur a fee covering allocated truck time and labour.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the price of the service we provided to you.
  • We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost profits, missed deadlines downstream of our delivery).
  • Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Intellectual property

The content on this website (logos, text, images) is owned by Australian Premium Logistics or used with permission. You can't reproduce or distribute it without our consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes will be handled in WA courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when changes were made.
